RULES OF THE HOUSE

RULES OF CONDUCT INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE CLUB

It is important to take a little time and read the club's regulations so that our time together passes in a pleasant atmosphere. Although they seem extensive, they are actually something that we all already know and act accordingly but it is necessary to read them and remind ourselves. The rules are binding on all members from the moment they join our club. By violating these rules, we reserve the right to terminate membership.

RULES OF CONDUCT ON MATS

All the rules of conduct are the rules of general culture that we bring from our houses, but sometimes we need to remind ourselves that there would be no misunderstanding between the practitioner and the management of the club. Keep in mind that at some point there can be over 100 people inside the club at the same time and that if we do not take care and do not adhere to the basic rules, chaos can occur and this is unacceptable.

  • Training starts on time! Min comes to training. 15 minutes before the start so you have time to change and get ready to start.
  • If you are late, you must ask permission from the trainer to enter. You must ask permission to enter the mat if the training is in progress.
  • If you come from work, if necessary, take a shower or wash your feet before starting training. In addition to the safety of members, this is important for you so that members do not refuse to train with you.
  • Be responsible to everyone. Coming to training if you have a cold is prohibited. You can come and watch the training.
  • It is irresponsible to come to workouts with skin changes of any kind. If you notice the same thing on others, point it out to the coaches and ask for permission to train.
  • Any health change affecting the hygiene, health and safety of other members must be reported as soon as it is noticed. Trainers have significantly more experience in this and can advise on time what is best to do.
  • Nails must be cut before training. Coming to the training of uncut nails will be sanctioned.
  • After changing clothes, put your belongings back in the bags and place them under the benches daw and other members could change (carrying bags for equipment is mandatory).
  • In the dressing room comes down in slippers (otherwise you will be sanctioned).
  • Take with you everything you need for training (tooth tire, bottle of water, towel, etc..) because it is not allowed to return to the changing rooms during training for equipment.
  • After changing clothes, you can enter the mats only if the training is not in progress, i.e. If it's finished. Otherwise, you have to wait for the ongoing training to end and for one of the trainers to give you a sign that you can enter.
  • Exiting the mat during training is allowed only if you contact the trainer. Getting off the mat should not be barefoot ! (especially if you plan to return to the mat). Otherwise, you will be excluded from the training and will be given disciplinary action.
  • The equipment must be regularly monitored and maintained and come to training with clean and tidy equipment. See a detailed explanation of the equipment at this link
  • You enter the mats with your record cards in your hands and stand in line on the hierarchy of the belt and wait for someone to come to you and take your card.
  • On the warm-up, all members count. This is to teach you to breathe properly while sparring. So it's there for a purpose and respect that.
  • If you are late for a warm-up, you can not warm up as you like, but you must continue the warm-up that is in progress from the moment you enter the training.
  • While the coaches are explaining the techniques, don't interrupt them. While practicing techniques, you can talk to your partner in a tone that does not interfere with others and allows trainers to speak unhindered and be heard. If you have questions, ask the coaches after they finish explaining and give a sign to continue training. Don't take time with your questions to other practitioners.
  • If you are a beginner and still do not sparring, after completing the regular part of training (after 60 minutes) sit on the side and watch sparring. You are not allowed to go out early unless the coach allows you to.
  • If you haven't sparred and want to try it, you need to ask your trainer for permission. If they agree with this, they will assign you a more experienced practitioner who will safely get you into sparring. Don't do anything on your own and without the approval of the coach.
  • At the end of the training, stand in line and wait for the instructions of the trainer. At the end of the training, trainers tend to accompany the practitioners with the final message, so wait until you miss important information.
  • When the training is over, do not leave empty bottles behind. If you have thrown away or have burned adhesive tapes during training, pick them up after you and throw them in the trash can.
  • If you have used any of the first aid kits directly or indirectly during the training, you are obliged to compensate for the next training.
  • If you take a shower, do not leave the cabins wet and waste water around behind you. Wear towels and wipe yourself while in the cabin. Use slippers in the shower. Don't leave a mess behind in the locker rooms.
  • Everything you forget in the locker rooms, if it does not have a name and surname indicated on it, nor have you notified us immediately or at the latest the next day, will be thrown away in order to preserve hygiene.
  • It is forbidden to leave slippers and other equipment in the hall or changing rooms.
  • If you use the toilet, leave it clean and tidy behind you. If you're vomiting, wipe everything behind you. Lift the board if you urinate standing. Clean up after yourself because you can't immediately go and clean up after everyone. Although we have a cleaning service and clean daily, if we do not take care of hygiene ourselves, we will train in a dirty space.
  • Throw the used napkins in the bin and make sure you haven't missed.
  • On the way out of the hall, say hello because this is the basic culture.

GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT

Please note that the rules of conduct have been intensively improved for more than ten years within our club and that disrespect for them has led to the exclusion of members from the club and even those of more influential and deserving athletes. No one is above the rules and please read, remember and abide by them carefully.

  • All practitioners, regardless of age, practice at their own personal responsibility. Nevertheless, before starting exercise, all members are obliged to bring a certificate for playing sports, by a sports doctor. All members are obliged to bring a sports doctor's certificate once a year, at the beginning of the year, that they can play sports.
  • The Club is in no way responsible for the loss of your personal belongings and items. Take care of your things.
  • All members are required to register at the counter upon entering the hall. Registration is required via mobile application or in person.
  • It is strictly forbidden to exercise if you have not paid for the membership or extended it on time. If you know you're going to be late, you'll need to call early. Calling today for tomorrow is unacceptable. If you want to pause the month, it is possible only a month in advance. Pausing membership for the current month is unacceptable. Pause is possible only twice a year. If the member is on a break for more than a month, we are obliged to print the member and re-enter it upon return. Re-enrollment of a member is charged 1000din. If you attend one or 30 trainings per month, membership is the same amount. By law, we are not able to charge for services, but only membership of the calendar month i.e. year. If you come to makr one training, you are obliged to pay the full monthly amount. Our legal service and the Commercial Court in Belgrade are responsible for non-compliance.
  • Our club is a non-profit organization and is supported and financed exclusively from the membership fund of members. All coaches, staff, accountants, maintenance, depreciation, adaptation and all other activities that require finance are paid from that fund. Reconcile your memberships on time. From the first to the first of the month so as not to get into uncomfortable situations. If any member dares to interfere with or damage us with their irresponsibility, insults, personal instincts and lack of control, we will take all possible measures to sanction those responsible.
  • Be courteous to other members. No one is there for you and yet everyone will be there for you if you show the basic level of culture, humanity and upbringing. Let's respect each other so that our respect is reciprocated. Any intentional maliciousness will be sanctioned.
  • No insults are allowed in the club, especially on racial, gender, national or religious grounds. Keep in mind that this is a really big club and that our members are extremely different on several grounds so your comments may offend someone. Any offense will be sanctioned by the club's management. Everything you say or do has consequences. Make sure that we are not in your way to justify everything you do or say. If you place us in any bad context, it will have consequences for you in a legal sense.
  • Outside the club reflect the good things and especially those related to the activities in the club because as you progress in BJJ, so will your influence in society. Your image is ours and we are very much interested in being recognized for the good.
  • Behavior among members is of utmost importance to all of us and not just within the club. Social media, messages and calls between members can lead to divergences of opinions and this can lead to a misunderstanding that due to your misunderstanding, one of the members may stop training because they do not feel comfortable in the same environment. Please note that in this case, we will take all measures to sanction those responsible. This is especially true of frivolous sexual outbursts among members in both directions.
  • If any of the members experience any inconvenience from others, please contact us to try to resolve it for everyone's benefit. If we find out later that some inconvenience has occurred and that one of the members has stopped training because of others, keep in mind that we will start sanctioning at that moment.
