GB 2 Advanced Program

SECOND PROGRAM IN A ROW

 

GB programs contain three phases:

BASIC PROGRAM / GB1
ADVANCED PROGRAM / GB2
COMPETITION PROGRAM / GB3

These stages indicate different levels of maturity and progression from one stage to another according to their potential.

While the GB1 program focuses on building the base and basic principles of BJJ, the advanced program is based on high-level techniques and drills that begin to shape the practitioners so that they begin to develop reflexes, speed and timely response, proper transition (transition) from one technique to another.

After a few months of training in GB 2, practitioners begin to understand the GB philosophy more deeply. They strengthen the bond with their training partners and become disciplined. It is a habit that maintains health and good shape.

Gb 2 training is based on a different structure, a freer, broader approach, including techniques from different grapling styles such as wrestling, judo, sambo and of course Jiu Jitsu.

ADVANTAGES OF GB 2 PROGRAMS:

 

· Learn the most effective throw-to-throw techniques adapted for Jiu Jitsu.
· Practice the correct transitions between techniques.
· It progresses in a physical sense.
· Different aspects of BJJ are better understood.
· He begins shaping an individual style of struggle by practicing his favorite techniques.
· The competition is still an individual's choice, but if desired, the member receives the best possible support along the way.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: 

  • GB GI (kimono that is purchased directly from us)
  • GB Rash guard (GB T-shirt worn under the Gi or when practicing NO-GI (without kimonos) that is purchased from us)
  • GB Shorts and Leggings (purchased from us)
  • Mouthguard
  • A bottle of water
  • Slippers - REQUIRED
