FITNESS PROGRAM INSPIRED BY SELF-DEFENSE

 

Improve your fitness, strength and coordination through functional training and learn the elements of self-defense along the way. BarraFit is an interval circular functional training with elements of self-defense where all practitioners train together and simultaneously.

The training starts with a warm-up after that the interval is adjusted and then the training begins, which lasts continuously with interval breaks for the next 36-40 min. The training is followed by relaxation and stretching and all this is packed in an hour. The training system is such that the exercisers, after the "training", perform the exercises themselves while the instructor controls and corrects the practitioners in order to practice without the risk of injury and fulfill their maximum.

Periodization of training is extremely important in this process so that all exercisers do physical and physical tests before starting exercise and repeat the same after a certain time to monitor progress.
